It is built in 1912, situated at the upper-class district called Karlshorst. This is at the location where the German Capitulation was signed in 1945 (today it exists as a museum). The location around the house is very nice and calm.
		pricing conditions: Up to 2 persons: between 59.- and 80.- Euro * (1 sleeping-room) Up to 4 persons: between 95.- and 110.- Euro * (2 sleeping-rooms) Every extra person: 15.- Euro Price per night. Four days minimum rental. Bedding, towels and dish cloth will be provided at the beginning of rental. Heating and electricity included. * If you like to book the apartment with one bathroom, the final cleaning is 39.- Euro. If you like to book the apartment with two bathrooms, the final cleaning is 49.- Euro. Non smoking only. No pets.
