Everything is simply included in the price. To make a confirmed reservation of the room, a prepayment (half the room fee of the requested period ) is required. This can be made with paypal or by bank transfer. The rest of the fee has to be paid when arriving. Minimum booking 3 nights. House rules: 1. Take off shoes in the apartment..thanks! 2. Feel Good! Beautiful location in the district Prenzlauer Berg not far from Mitte. There are numerous entertainment options in the neighborhood: lively bars, tasty restaurants in different price ranges and lots more.
